SEND Transformation Programme - Open Houses

Over the past two years, we have really appreciated all the engagement with, and feedback provided, by parents, carers, children and young people, and professionals across Bradford. We have been using this feedback to continually review and improve Services across the Bradford Local Area. Throughout November we will be running a series of Open Houses on the proposed Local Area's SEND Transformation (Change) Programme. We would welcome your input and value your views to help develop the services that families need. These events will be both virtual and in-person.

For those unable to attend any of these events, we will be providing further information on ways in which you can provide input and feedback shortly.

As always, we encourage you to provide feedback through the Local Offer pages for Services you use, or alternatively, please feel free to contact us via email: SENDTandC@bradford.gov.uk

In-person Events

We are running two in-person events.

Please note: in order to keep people safe, places will be limited and we ask that all parents, carers and professionals who wish to attend email us to book a space.

We will be:

- ensuring the room is well ventilated,

- spreading the seating out to help with social distancing,

- asking people not to attend if they have any symptoms which would be suspicious of Covid

We are also asking all attendees to do a Lateral Flow Test either the night before, or the morning of these events as well.

The first event will be held on Wednesday 24th November at Keighley Town Hall. To book a place at this event, please click here to email SENDTandC@bradford.gov.uk

The second event will be held on Tuesday 30th November at Kala Sangam. To book a place at this event, please click here to email SENDTandC@bradford.gov.uk

Attendees are welcome to attend for all or part of the day depending on which sections they would like to contribute towards.
