Care Dynamics (Yorkshire) Limited

Care Dynamics Yorkshire was founded in March 2011 by Cheryl Dibbin and Donna Gott. Both Cheryl and Donna have worked in the Social Care Field for over 25 years with various customer groups including older people, people with a learning disability, people with physical disabilities, people who have an acquired brain injury, residential, nursing and supported living. Both Cheryl and Donna have extensive experience in setting up services through to managing a large dispersed staff team. They have worked in partnership with other large organisations and individuals.

What does it do?

We are CQC registered to offer care and support for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our extensive care/support team are highly trained, experienced and enhanced DBS checked, backed up with a small office team of friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our services include: • 24 hours per day, 365 days per year • Social and leisure support • Domiciliary support • Educational support • Personal care • Medication • Sitting (day/evening/night) • Holiday support (long/short breaks etc) Care Dynamics offer real choice and control over the care and support we provide and we passionately believe in finding the very best (cost effective) solutions to meet our customers ever changing needs. We enable people to take control of how their services are planned and delivered, spending a considerable amount of time, care and attention matching staff to customers. For all services we create bespoke comprehensive care and support plans then via staff notes and periodic meetings with our customers we regularly monitor and adjust the service to meet the individual’s needs. An excellent endorsement of the work we do is that in all five years of business have been shortlisted in the annual Great British Care Awards regional finals, (winning “Putting People First” 2014 and the “Care Employers” 2015), - proving that our peers believe our service is both innovative and life enhancing. We have also received the prestigious “Investor in People” accreditation proving we are a responsible/reputable employer and were the only provider in Yorkshire to win a GHP 2016 Outstanding Quality of Care.
