Active Social Care

What does it do?

Active is a dynamic social care company offering a diverse range of services to individuals and organisations with a variety of needs. Active is registered with the Care Quality Commission and Ofsted, allowing us to offer quality services across a range of settings. Our services have been developed over the years by listening carefully to feedback from clients, families, staff and other professionals. Active works in partnership with clients and families to design individually tailored support plans that promote independence, develop skills and support people to reach their goals and aspirations.

Who is it for?

We offer services for adults and children throughout Calderdale, Kirklees, Bradford and surrounding areas, in their own homes, community settings and our Activity Bases. We have experienced, professional, friendly staff that are willing to go the extra mile. Active offer a flexible and responsive service enabling individuals and their families to dip in and out of different types of provision as required to suit their fluctuating needs. Often service can be provided at short notice.
