People Matters

What does it do?
•    We provide 1:1 outreach support both in the community and in the home to enable personal development through building skills and in-dependence. We support adults, and young people who are moving towards adulthood. •    We provide education and volunteering programmes to support people into paid and unpaid work. •    We provide a job coaching service with TSI qualified job coaches. •    We provide a range of evening and weekend social activity programmes for adults and young people. •    We provide a summer activity programme and residential for young people aged 14-25.

Who is it for?
•    People who have learning and/or physical disabilities (11 - no upper age limit) •    Short and long-term unemployed people (19 - no upper age limit) •    People who require support to achieve positive mental health
