Bradford Teaching Hospital BRI Patient Experience

What does it do?

The Patient Experience Service (PES) offers free, confidential, on the spot help and advice to patients, their relatives and carers on healthcare issues The service aims to: Help sort out problems quickly and efficiently; Advise and support patients, their families and carers; Listen to concerns, queries and suggestions in order to improve the services we provide. If you have any comments to make, perhaps the best time to raise them is while you are attending the hospital and where the ward staff will be more than happy to discuss things with you on an individual basis. If you would prefer to speak, in confidence, to a PALS Officer, about any of our hospitals or services, they can be contacted between 09:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday, using the details below.

Who is it for?

Patients, their carers, friends and family. The PES service treats every enquiry with the same level of importance and the same level of confidentiality.

(Messages can be left on the answering machine and will be answered within two working days.)
