Bradford Palliative Care


Our Specialist Palliative Care team provides specialist advice and support for those who are nearing the end of their life.  People in their last weeks of life are supported by our Hospice at Home team.

If you have been diagnosed with a terminal condition, we are here to improve your quality of life and provide support to your family. We will be there for you when you need us most.

The people who mighty provide your care include palliative care consultant, MacMillan nurses/clinical nurse specialists, psychologists, social worker/counsellor and liaison officers.

What does it do?
Provides support to young adults and carers of young people with a life limiting condition. The team work in peoples homes and care homes. They aim to improve a patient's quality of life by giving advice and intervention as well as support and training for patients and carers.

Who is it for?
For people over 18 with a life limiting condition requiring specialist palliative care.
