Inspiring Employment: Free Autism Specific Employment Support for Autistic Adults (ASC/ASD)

Explore employment and the positive impact it can have on your life by looking at your strengths, skills, talents and interests. Explore/develop social, vocational and employment skills and take the next steps along your journey to employment.

Autism specific employment workshop. In small groups and with additional 1:1 support, learn employability skills in a non-pressured environment with your peers.

A weekly session where our experienced staff team provides structure, guidance and support which is individually tailored and promotes peer mentoring. Topics are chosen by participants.  

Identify your personal strengths and skills, explore careers aspirations, develop job search skills, identify appropriate job roles available, liaise with employers, create good quality CVs and Cover Letters, practice interview skills, complete application forms, and attend interviews.  

Have an opportunity to attend work trials, gain valuable work experience whilst also demonstrating your skills to employers.

Become a more independent and active member of your local community and make some friends along the way. 

Inspiring Employment is for adults living across the Bradford District, every Friday, 1:00PM to 4:00PM.
