Children and Young People Voice

It is really important Children and Young People have a voice both in their current provision and future aspirations. Bradford is committed towards helped children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) have a voice. As part of our work we have appointed a SEND Children's Participation Officer. This is a new post to ensure young people with SEND have their voice heard.

Our work over the next few months will be to ;

1) Set up a Children's and Young Persons' SEND Forum in Bradford

2) Pilot school SEND Forums in Bradford

3) Improve communication with children and young people in Bradford.

If you would like to get involved or would like your school to get involved please email SENDT&C@bradford.gov.uk and let us know more about you and or your school.
