NSPCC - Talk PANTS, and Talk PANTS with Makaton

With the help of our friendly dinosaur Pantosaurus, Talk PANTS is a simple conversation to help keep children safe from sexual abuse. Talk PANTS helps children understand that their body belongs to them, and they should tell someone they trust if anything makes them feel upset or worried.

We work with schools, parents and organisations so these conversation can help keep children safe.

Schools and Teachers:

Download our free Talk PANTS resources, teaching children the Underwear Rule to help keep them safe from abuse. We've developed:

  • lesson plans
  • slide presentations, and
  • classroom activities

to help schools and teachers talk PANTS with your pupils, without ever using scary words or even mentioning sex. You will also find resources for early years settings, working with diverse groups and links to the relevant curriculum areas - here's the link PANTS resources for schools and teachers | NSPCC Learning

Parents and Carers:

We provide tips and advice to help keep your children safe. To help you start the conversation with your child, we’ll send you helpful tips, advice and materials by email. To sign-up and for access to more information, click this link Talk PANTS & Join Pantosaurus - The Underwear Rule | NSPCC

Organisations:

Across the UK, schools have used our teaching resources with their pupils. And thousands of parents have talked PANTS with their children.

But we want to help every family have this important conversation. That's why we partner with organisations to help them talk PANTS in their community.

Whether holding workshops with professionals, webinars with parents or developing materials specific to your area, we'll work with you to help get everyone talking PANTS. Learn more about how we can work with your community here Local campaigns to support communities | NSPCC Learning
