Co-Production and Engagement

Services work best when we work together. Co-production is a family centred way of
working that involves people in the design, planning and delivery of services in Bradford.

Bradford, as a local area, are committed to ensuring that families are able to express their views and help to shape the services that are available to Children and Young People in Bradford.

Our Co-Production Values set out what we feel is important in relation to co-production and engagement with families in Bradford, our values are:

Communication

Using easy to understand language to inform and update families and providers.

Partnership

Families and providers working together.

Transparency

Being open, honest and realistic.

Respect

Respecting everyone’s opinions.

Accountability

Being clear who is responsible.

you can see further details of our values and examples of how we achieve these values in the resources at the bottom of this page.
