Have your say on Health and Wellbeing services across Bradford

Help us to improve health services in Bradford District

NHS Bradford District and Craven Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are responsible for planning, buying and monitoring (commissioning) local health services.  The CCGs have a system called Grassroots that collates people’s feedback on health and wellbeing services and then identifies key themes. This feedback is gathered from lots of different places such as local Healthwatch, voluntary sector partners and the Care Opinion website.

People’s views and experiences help NHS organisations understand what’s working well and what needs to improve.  We need to hear about your experience to make sure we’ve got an accurate picture of health and care services; so please share your story.

Your feedback can be:

  • About any local NHS or social care service.
  • Positive, negative, mixed or indifferent.
  • About any aspect of your experience.
  • It should be about a recent experience, ideally in the last six months.

Top tips for writing about your experience:

  • Include the name of the health or care services that you were using.
  • Say when this experience happened.
  • Try to describe the impact the experience has had on you.
  • Don’t include people’s names or any identifiable information.
  • And lastly, you do not need to write a lot – a couple of lines may do.

Use Care Opinion to share your feedback online:

Care Opinion is an online platform for sharing stories about health, care and support services.  NHS Bradford District and Craven CCGs will by pick up all feedback for Bradford health services that is shared on Care Opinion, and you may also get a response on the site from the service itself.

All feedback used by the CCGs is anonymous; no personal data is included, nor are any contextual details that could make someone identifiable.
