Shipley SEN Parenting Network

We are an informal supportive parenting  network.

Our mission is to connect parents and carers who have young people with additional needs to information and each other in the Bradford area.

We operate in a parents only forum on social media.

We provide our families with support and useful information.

Our members can make meaningful connections both for themselves and their children. We share ideas for things to do and what’s on so families can have opportunity for new experiences both socially and for support events too.

We connect to and promote existing charities and services and enable parents to become more informed which in turn helps them to help themselves.

We are a run as a collective there is no better advice than someone else who is walking the same path and we benefit from our shared journey.

Together we are stronger!

To join our network you need to reside in a Bradford post code and answer the membership questions on our social media group.

Professionals can access the public facing page only.

We have written a guide for summer 2019 to help give families choices and awareness of what's on and and these can be found on our public facing page on Facebook.

For those who aren’t on social media the guide is linked below.
