Free activities for eligible children over the Easter break

Free holiday club activities for eligible children will take place at venues all over the Bradford district during the Easter school break, as part of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme funded by the Department for Education.

The activities are free for children and young people who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals and children with special education needs or disabilities.

The holiday clubs are being run by community groups, childcare providers, schools, sports clubs and other local organisations. The wide range of activities on offer includes dance, sports camps, arts and cooking. Every child attending will also get a healthy meal.

There are a limited number of places so families are being urged to book their children’s places before it is too late.

Parents and carers can register eligible children at http://Bradford.haf.fun/login. They can then search what is on offer in their area and book their place.

More information is also available on the council website.
