Final Review - Have your say - Outcomes for Children and Young People

The Outcomes for Children and Young Peoples' survey has no closed. 49 families in Bradford responded and selected their top Outcome Statements. These will now be at the centre of the meetings/discussions with the Council for Disabled Children (CDC) and members of the Local Authority, Health Professionals, Parent forum groups, SENCos and families, to co-produce an outcomes framework.
