Children and Young People – Key working function Pilot briefing

As part of the West Yorkshire Transforming Care Programme there is an opportunity for Voluntary Community Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations to be involved in a pilot keyworker programme for children and young people with a learning disability autism or both. Please see links below for information about the briefing and expression of interest form. There will be a workshop session for interested organisations on Tuesday 13th October from 3.45-5pm. In the West Yorkshire pilot, the lead and provider organisations will need to be voluntary and community sector organisations, so is not open to other providers. Please return your intial expression of intrest form to maireado' and by 12th Oct 2020.
