A core team within the hospital covers languages such as Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Slovakian, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian and many more languages are provided through a register of Bank Interpreters. The strives to improve the patient experience and satisfaction, by empowering them to communicate with clinicians, and to be involved in shared decision making.
