Time to Talk - Free support for 16-25 year olds with SEND, 2021/2024

In July 2021, NDTi launched a three-year programme to support young people with additional needs aged 16-25 years across England with confidence building and motivation for the future. For full details please visit the dedicated NDTi webpage.

A team of staff experienced in person centre approaches and with  good knowledge of education, employment, social care and health systems, provide tailored support.  Young people can receive peer support, access online one to one sessions and get involved in coproducing training for professionals. The project is being delivered in partnership with the national disability charity, Contact, who provide support, information and workshops for parents and carers on transition to adulthood.

This support is available online to young people throughout the year and we  hope that schools, colleges, families and support providers can sign post young  people to this free support.

The project will run over three years (2021-2024) and places will be allocated from September 2021.
