- How the Local offer has been developed or reviewed
If you have a complaint or concern about an individual service you should contact the service directly for this to be dealt with through their comments and complaints process.
The local authority will regularly monitor all of the feedback that is received about the local offer. An annual report will be published to let you know what your feedback said and what actions have been taken as a result.

DCIS & LO Online Newsletter for families

The Bradford Special Educational Needs Information Advice and Support Services (SENDIASS) provides Information, Advice and Support around Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Support is provided on a range of topics, including provision in schools, assessment processes, conversion of statements to Education, Health and Care Plans, reviews, transitions, exclusions, transport, specialist provision/support services, appeals, local policies, Special Educational Needs code of practice.
