Short Breaks for Disabled Children Service Statement
Children’s Services is transforming the approach it takes to family support and how we care for children and young people within the Bradford District. Signs of safety will be a new way in which the Council will work with children and families that all practitioners will use. From how we provide early help and support to families to how we manage child protection plans, Signs of Safety will bring about more consistency in our work together. Signs of Safety is part of our wider plans to improve health and education outcomes and increase employment and skills.
