Children’s Single Access Point

What does it do?

The team deal with any enquiries regarding children and young people, ensuring phone calls and written enquires are directed to the most appropriate team. Sometimes the team can visit at home, and look at individual circumstances in more detail and agree a plan.

Who is it for?

Any parent or young person under 18 years of age, members of the public (if the caller believes the child or young person may be at risk of harm either from their own or some one else's actions) and professionals working with children and young people.
